Enter the email you bought with and we will send your key again. The key is only ever delivered by email, never shown on this page.

If that email has a purchase on file, a message with the key is on its way. It can take a few minutes, and it may land in spam.

The key works offline and never expires. One purchase covers every Mac you own, so the same key goes on each.

Bought on the Mac App Store? There is no key to recover. Reinstall from the App Store and the purchase is restored with your Apple Account.
